1. Before applying your StickerLoaf.com decal, clean desired surface to remove contaminants and other debris. Use a measuring tape or ruler to determine the exact position where your new vinyl sticker will be placed and make a light mark with a pencil to use as a guide.
2. Unroll the StickerLoaf.com decal and, BEFORE removing the backing paper, lay the decal on a flat surface FACE UP. Use a credit card or squeegee to rub firmly over the transfer tape to flatten the decal and remove all air bubbles and any wrinkles that may have occurred during shipment. This will ensure that the vinyl will adhere properly to the transfer tape.
3. Place a few 2-inch pieces of masking tape along the top edge of the StickerLoaf.com decal to be used as an anchor to attach your vinyl decal to the wall or window. Use a level to make sure your wall decal is properly oriented (be sure to use the DESIGN as a guide, NOT the edge of the backing or transfer tape)Make sure that you place the decal in the proper location and direction as the decal is NOT REMOVABLE ONCE INSTALLED!
4. Using the tape along the top, lift up your StickerLoaf.com decal and place it on the wall or window in its measured location so you can see the back of the backing paper and hold it against the wall. Peel back the tape from the bottom being careful to make sure the entire decal is attached to the backing paper. REMOVE BACKING PAPER SLOWLY. If a portion of the decal won't stick to the transfer tape, rub with the card or squeegee and try again, or use your fingernail to gently release the design from the backing paper.
5. Again using the masking tape as a hinge, slowly lower the StickerLoaf.com decal back into the position where you can see it from the front, being careful to not let the exposed adhesive touch the wall. Beginning from the middle, and using the left side as an anchor, use the application squeegee to rub the graphic onto the wall.
6. Once the right side is applied, remove the masking tape (NOT THE BACKING PAPER) from the left side. Gently fold the vinyl graphic to the right (DO NOT crease the graphic as you fold it over) and remove the backing paper again with the design face down. Once the backing paper has been completely removed, use the card or squeegee to finish applying the graphic to the wall, again beginning in the middle and using the right side as an anchor.
7. Once the StickerLoaf.com decal has been completely applied, rub over the entire design to make sure it adheres firmly to the surface.
8. Slowly remove the transfer tape from the top of the StickerLoaf.com decal making sure the graphic doesn't peel away as well. If a portion of the graphic does start to come off the wall with the transfer tape, STOP! Lay the transfer tape back down in that area, rub firmly with the card or squeegee and try again.
9. Make sure the entire StickerLoaf.com decal is attached to the surface by pressing over all aspects of the decal with a clean, lint-free cloth.
